Auditing your current habits, routines and rituals, then establishing new ones to reflect the goal/s you're working towards.
Week 3: Halfway checkpoint and overcoming obstacles
'Back on track' tactics and action plan + halfway audit for refinement
Week 4: Celebrate, reflect, refine, reset
You did it! End of-month reflection, journal prompts and celebration guide
